R Accounting Group Celebrates Recognitions as Top ProAdvisors and Top 50 Accounting Services Practice for 2024

A season of thankfulness at R Accounting Group… we are proud to share that I, Sheri Radler, CEO of R Accounting Group, along with Nikki Mullins, our Director of Client Services, have been recognized by our peers as Top (Intuit QuickBooks) ProAdvisors for 2024. I’ve joined the group named as 2024 Top 100 ProAdvisors, while Nikki has been recognized as a Top 25 Up-n-Coming ProAdvisor by Insightful Accountant, a group known as the leading information source for small business advisors in our industry.

In addition to these individual accolades, R Accounting has also been honored at the firm level as a Top 50 Accounting Services Practice for 2024 by the Woodard Group. These CAS practice awards, administered by Woodard®, recognize and honor practices that most exemplify the characteristics of top-performing CAS, accounting, or bookkeeping practices.

Reflecting on Our Journey

Over the years, we have worked to provide exceptional services to our clients, drawing inspiration from industry leaders and peers to develop our framework on industry best practices. Being named among these leaders is an amazing recognition of the significant effort we have invested in building our firm.

As 2023 reviews were wrapped-up, Sheri met with every R Accounting client to discuss their aspirations, goals, and concerns for 2024. These conversations covered clients' current situations and their visions for the next one, three, and five years. Importantly, we also sought feedback on our services, asking clients if they felt supported and if any gaps needed addressing.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with clients consistently expressing appreciation for the proactive communication and responsiveness of our team. Comments such as "we always kept them in the loop" and "how quickly your team gets back to us when we ask something" affirmed that our client communication framework, AURA – Acknowledge, Understand, Respond, Accomplish – is effectively meeting clients' needs.

Achieving Milestones and Future Goals

As we continue into summer, we reflect on the goals we set for R Accounting Group and the journey thus far. Our vision of creating a boutique Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAS) firm, focused on a smaller portfolio of clients to allow for a more personalized approach, has been realized. Many of our clients have been with us for years, even from before R Accounting officially started, and this milestone is a celebration of those enduring relationships.

We remain committed to providing top-tier, concierge-level client services, ensuring that clients can make informed decisions with confidence. As we look to the future, our goal is to continue fostering these relationships and supporting businesses in developing robust financial frameworks.
